Name Banners are CUSTOM MADE according to the name, color, style and decoration ordered by the customer and are not returnable.....
However, if Lainie fails to make the banner exactly as ordered, then return it to:

Lainie will remake the banner correctly and send to you postage prepaid. We will include postage stamps in the amount of the postage customer paid to return the incorrect banner to us.
If the banner is incorrect because the customer originally misspelled the name, return the incorrect banner to us together with $10.00 for the remaking/postage of the correct spelling - the color and decorations being the same.

If a purchase from the Silhouette Photoframe catalog is not acceptable, return it within 30 days in an undamaged (saleable) condition to:
